“大气污染防治”征求意见

科技部近日公布大气污染防治重点专项实施方案征求意见稿。实施方案主要包括重点专项实施的重要性、发展趋势、现有基础、总体目标、主要任务等。

China's Ministry of Science and Technology has started planning for a five-year air pollution prevention and control project, the ministry announced on Tuesday.

中国科技部周二宣布，科技部已经开始计划五年的“大气污染防治”工程。

“大气污染防治”可以用 air pollution prevention and control表示，科技部已在网站上公布了该计划的蓝图草案（a draft blueprint ），且正在向公众征求意见（solicit public comment）。

根据该方案，大气污染防治的重点将由应对雾霾转变成完善预防污染的协同机制（a coordinated scheme）。文件指出，将推动科学和技术的共同研究（promote joint scientific and technological research），共享成就。

方案指出将着力于研究污染的起因跟传播、对健康的影响（impact on health）、监测和预警系统（ monitoring and warning systems）、污染管理（pollution management ）以及空气质量改善技术（air quality improvement technology）此外还将推动与污染有关疾病的诊断和预防（the diagnosis and prevention of pollution-related diseases）。
