Under the Beijing crackdown, dogs of 35 cm in height or taller or those of the 41 breeds identified as violent, including bulldogs and collies, will be banned in six key regions, as well as some rural regions that are densely populated.
北京市开展了全市范围内的大型犬和烈性犬严查行动(a citywide crackdown on large and dangerous dogs),像藏獒(Tibetan mastiff)、德国杜宾犬(German Doberman Pinscher)、圣伯纳犬(Saint Bernard)等烈性犬及成年体高超过35厘米的犬种禁止在重点区域饲养。
Work like a dog指拼命工作,如,He has been working like a dog for ten years before he came to this position.(他在得到这个职位之前整整卖命工作了十年。)
