时下正是西湖龙井春茶开采的季节。与往年不同的是,这一昔日与茅台酒齐名的“舌尖上的奢侈品”,今年却风光不再。早在去年,中央的“八项规定”“六项禁令”出台之后,高档龙井茶卖不动的情况就开始出现。各地公务采购、企业送礼明显减少,受季节因素影响明显的西湖龙井,其综合效应则在春茶上市之时得以体现。

Dubbed "queen of green tea", West Lake Longjing is produced in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang Province, and represents one of the most famous teas in the country, with 370 million drinkers. However, national campaigns since late 2012 banning officials from accepting gifts or buying extravagant goods with public money have impacted the high-end tea industry.
中国有3.7亿人有饮茶习惯。产于浙江杭州的西湖龙井有“绿茶皇后”的美称,是中国名茶之一。然而,自从2012年底中央禁止官员收受礼物或用公款购买奢侈品后,这一高档茶的产业也受到了冲击。
中国名茶“西湖龙井”的英文表达是West Lake Longjing,号称queen of green tea(绿茶皇后)。自从中央加强反腐力度以来,购买high-end tea(高档茶)的顾客显著减少,许多major clients(大客户)都取消了订单。一些茶叶店计划转为online trade(在线贸易),低价销售。
和茶一样同为national drink(国饮)的白酒也遇到了销量滑坡的问题。Kweichou Moutai(贵州茅台)、Wuliangye(五粮液)等高档白酒变得无人问津,红葡萄酒和foreign alcoholic drinks(洋酒)反而走俏。
