近日,重庆市洋人街景区划设出一条专供“低头族”使用的手机人行道,以减少“低头族”在景区旅游时发生碰撞、摔伤等意外事故。

The first "mobile phone sidewalk in China" has appeared in Chongqing municipality. The sidewalk - 3 meters wide and 50 meters long - was built in the Yangrenjie Scenic Spot in Chongqing.
“中国首个手机人行道”现身重庆市。该人行道宽3米、长50米,位于重庆市洋人街景区。
手机人行道(mobile phone sidewalk)的设立是为了减少手机“低头族”(phubber)在边走路边看手机时发生碰撞或摔伤等意外的几率。
因为智能手机和移动网络的普及,很多领域都开始对移动社交媒体开通了专属的区域,比如美国一些剧院在观众席专门划出一部分tweet seats(微博专座),坐在该区域的观众可以在观看演出的过程中用手机拍照并发布到社交媒体。
观看电视上的综艺节目时,很多人都喜欢边看边发微博讨论,这种行为在国外也很普遍,叫做chatterboxing。
