晒原创教学设计,比课堂展示视频—教师展风采,学生终受益
2014年9月至2015年3月31日,英国大使馆文化教育处和中国外语教育研究中心中小学英语教育研究中心共同举办英语教学课堂活动有奖征集活动,英语周报社承办。本次活动基于英国大使馆文化教育处制作的“少儿英语游戏范例和课堂教学设计”系列课程资源,面向广大小学教师读者征集原创教学活动设计文稿或教学视频。优秀作品将由双方机构共同组建的专家评审团评出,获奖者将获得证书和丰厚奖品,评选结果会在主办方官方网站和《英语周报》上公示。
活动简介:
英国大使馆文化教育处创作的“少儿英语游戏范例和课堂设计”系列课程资源自2014年8月底开始在英语周报小学教师版第四版和英语教师网连载。这套课程资源包括丰富的少儿英语游戏,以及如何在课堂上使用这些游戏的教学方案。活动旨在希望教师读者在阅读了这些英语游戏和教学方案后,能够激发其自身的教学灵感创作更多的教案,发来投稿与其他教师共享,或把现有的教案实际运用到课堂教学中去,带领学生做游戏并发送教学视频参与评比。教师可以选择任意方式参赛,本次活动不收取任何费用。
主办方为此次活动设置了具有吸引力的奖项,除双方共同颁发的获奖证书以外,还设置一等奖10名、二等奖20名、三等奖50名,分别赠与亚马逊电纸书、小米盒子、小米移动电源(或同等价值的其他奖项)作为奖励。
来稿形式:
原创教学设计文稿,要求:
• Word电子版文稿(200单词以内)
• 英语来稿,表述清楚明确
• 教学设计侧重可行性、趣味性、参与性
• 教学设计能给教师读者带来灵感和启发
教学视频,要求:
• 格式限于WMV 、MPEG、MP4,长度5-10分钟
• 视频、音频收录清晰
• 包括学生反馈镜头
• 课堂气氛活跃,教师和学生互动环节真实、自然
获奖结果将于2015年5月公布。活动结束后,英语周报社将把优秀文字作品附上专家点评汇编成册通过主办方渠道赠与更多教师读者,优秀教学视频部分会整理上传至英语周报教师网与广大教师用户共享。同时,我们还将与参赛教师代表进行座谈,听取、收集对此次活动的反馈及建议。会谈的成果会通过报纸和网站进行报道。

Primary and Middle School ELT Activities Design Competition
From September 2014 to 31 March 2015, the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy and the Primary & Middle School English Education Research Center Attached to National Research Center for Foreign Language Education will jointly hold a competition surrounding English classroom activities organised by English Weekly Inc. Based on the study materials “LearnEnglish Kids Games and Classroom Teaching Design” which were created by the British Council, broad invitations will be sent to primary school teachers to submit original teaching activities, worksheets or classroom videos. The best contributions will be selected by an expert committee, consisting of representatives from both organisations. The winners receive certificates and prizes. The award result will be announced on the official websites of both organisations.
The competition will be promoted and reported by the English Weekly Teachers Edition, the official websites, Weibo, Wechat and other digital communications of both organisations.
The result will be announced in May 2015. After the activities, the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy and the English Weekly Teachers Edition will compile a brochure with selected works and comments from experts. These brochures will be sent to more teacher readers as gifts through the channels of both organisations, the selected classroom videos will be uploaded to the English Weekly Teachers’ website and shared with users. At the same time, we will hold a seminar with teacher representatives to hear their thoughts and collect their feedback and advice regarding the winning activity. At the end, the main issues of the seminar and its achievements will be published in newspapers and on relevant websites.
