Perhaps in the future, physical books will become obsolete[1]. Computers will be personalized and accompany us at all times, even more than the smartphone does nowadays. The opportunities for entertainment at our fingertips would be endless. In spite of all this, I would hope that people would still make time to undertake the challenge of reading classics. Not only are they connections from the past to the present, but more importantly a window into the everlasting questions on human nature and what being human really means.
