昨夜，中国女排在小组赛中前三局皆胜，拿下意大利队，赢得关键一战；男子十米气步枪选手曹逸飞、杨浩然无缘奖牌争夺。今晨，男子举重62公斤级世界纪录保持者谌利军因身体原因无奈退赛。

第三日，中国队在紧张、遗憾与激动狂喜中度过，奥运健儿们又摘下5枚奖牌。目前，我国代表队在奖牌榜上位列第二。

跳水 Diving

Lin Yue and Chen Aisen secured China's second diving gold medal at the Rio Olympics by winning the men's synchronized 10m platform. It was Lin's second Olympic gold medal in the event after his victory at the Beijing 2008 Games alongside Huo Liang.
林跃与陈艾森为中国拿下里约奥运会的第二枚跳水比赛金牌，赢得男子10米双人跳台赛。这是林跃在这项赛事上的第二块奥运会金牌，上一回是在2008年的北京奥运会上，他与火亮搭档夺冠。

体操 Gymnastics

Chinese gymnasts won bronze in the gymnastics men's team final, while Japan and Russia secured gold and silver respectively. It's been over a decade since the Japanese men's gymnastics team has won an Olympic gold medal, and it was the first time Japan beat China in a team competition since 2004.

China's first male Olympic swimming champion Sun Yang made history for his country again, becoming the first Chinese to win the men's 200m freestyle gold. He won the 400m and 1500m free titles at the London 2012 Games.

China's Fu Yuanhui and Canada's Kylie Masse were one hundredth of a second behind Baker at 58.76 seconds to split bronze in the women's 100-meter backstroke. Fu Yuanhui has become a sensation on Chinese social media. The 20-year-old athlete is praised for her funny expressions and down-to-earth attitude.

Xu Jiayu won the silver medal in the men's 100m backstroke. America’s Ryan Murphy won gold in 51.97 seconds and set an Olympic record. This is the sixth consecutive gold medal for the U.S. in the event .
