Experienced technicians in their 50s and 60s are treasures for enterprises. It would be such a waste of their skill and experience and a great loss for the enterprises if they retire early and just dance in the square. We hope the policy of postponing the retirement age could be issued as soon as possible. It will help ensure the skills of the experienced will be passed on to the next generation.

企业十分需要有经验和技术的员工，他们大都在五六十岁左右。一旦这些技术管理骨干退休，早早地到社会上逛大街或跳广场舞，对企业来说这是损失。我们建议相关部门对这部分人要尽快出台延迟退休政策，以保证企业技术的传承和经验的传授。

A lot of people think the government has a monopoly over the taxi industry, which is untrue. China has more than 8,000 taxi companies, 1.3 million taxis and 2.6 million taxi-related employees. 很多人认为政府在垄断出租车行业，其实不存在。我们全国出租车130万辆，就业人数260万人，运营企业8000多个，同时还有13万个体户。其实出租车行业是开放比较早的行业，不存在政府垄断。
