“中日韩领导人会议”重启

国务院总理李克强于10月31日至11月2日对韩国进行正式访问并出席在首尔举行的第六次中日韩领导人会议。中日韩领导人会议中断三年后再度恢复。

Visiting Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said here Sunday that China, South Korea and Japan agreed to properly handle historical and sensitive issues lingering among the three neighbors.
正在韩国访问的李克强总理1日表示，中、日、韩三国一致同意妥善处理三国间的历史敏感问题。

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang made the remarks at a joint press conference with South Korean President Park Geun-hye and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe after the first China-Japan-South Korea leaders' meeting following a three-and-a-half-year hiatus.
中国国务院总理李克强在与韩国总统朴槿惠和日本首相安倍晋三出席联合记者会时发表上述讲话。这是中断三年半后，中日韩领导人会议首度召开。

中日韩领导人会议（China-Japan-South Korea leaders' meeting），是推动东北亚合作的重要平台。2008年，三国决定在保留东盟和中日韩（10+3）领导人会议的同时，将三国领导人单独举行会议机制化，每年在三国轮流举行，会议于2012年中断。

会议期间，三国领导人对中日韩合作进行了回顾与展望，并就地区和国际问题交换看法。中日韩三方坦承地交换意见（have a frank exchange of views），达成很多共识（reach many consensuses），一致同意在正视历史，展望未来的基础上加强合作（promote cooperation on the basis of facing up to history, looking forward to the future）。李克强强调促进区域合作，需推动政治安全与经济发展“两个轮子一起转”（trilateral cooperation must be driven by the two wheels of politics and economics）。

会后三国发表了《关于东北亚和平与合作的联合宣言》，宣言强调了改善双边关系（improve bilateral ties），深化三边合作（deepen trilateral cooperation）。
