“优步化”的未来商业

《纽约时报》说，未来我们很可能会像优步（Uber）司机一样接单工作。Uber化（优步化）最大的好处是，技术会让我们的工作生活更有弹性，让我们根据自己的时间来安排一个或多个工作，而不是根据工作来安排自己的时间。

Uberization refers to the conversion of existing jobs and services into discrete tasks that can be requested on-demand; the emulation of the Uber taxi service, or the adoption of its business model.
“优步化”指的是现有工作和服务转化为分散的任务，可以随需应变。“优步化”也可以指效仿优步打车软件，或指采用这种商业模式。

But of all the ways that Uber could change the world, the most far-reaching may be found closest at hand: your office.

Many industry watchers believe the phenomenon – combining realtime data, mobile payments, instant gratification and dynamic pricing – is the beginning of a technologically-driven economic shift, an on-demand revolution that will “Uberize” the entire economy.
很多业界观察家都相信这种集合了实时数据、移动支付、即时满足、和动态定价的优步化现象是科技驱动的经济变革的开始，这种随需应变的变革将使整个经济“优步化”。
