1日闭幕的十二届全国人大常委会第十一次会议表决通过了关于修改行政诉讼法的决定，新法扩大了民告官的受案范围。

China's top legislature adopted an amendment to the Administrative Procedure Law Saturday, aiming to expand the people's right to sue the government.

全国人大周六通过行政诉讼法修正案，扩大了民告官的权利。

民告官即the people suing the government。新法扩大了行政诉讼案件的受理范围，有望解决民告官“立案难”问题（make it easier for citizens to take the government to court）。新法规定，对限制人身自由（restriction of personal freedom）、房屋土地征收补偿（violating agreements on land and housing compensation）、滥用行政权力（abuse of administrative power）、行政机关侵犯公民人身财产权利（violation of citizen's both property rights and personal rights by the administrative organ）等12种情形法院应受理。
