As the saying goes, a woman's heart is like a needle at the bottom of the ocean. Women's delicate, sensitive and emotional nature makes men have a hard time trying to understand their other half. Here we give you a collection of reports about women and hope they give some inspiration to those who are trapped by the differences between Venus & Mars.

>Women at peak of appeal at 31

Women are most attractive at the age of 31, according to a British survey. While the average British woman of 31 may be married with a child, the survey noted they are at a prime age because they have youthful beauty but also more confidence and a better sense of style than fresh-faced teenagers. Some 70% of more than 2,000 men and women polled cited confidence as a key factor in making a woman attractive, ahead of the 67% who included physical beauty.

>Ideal: 0.7 waist-to-hip ratio

A woman's attractiveness relates to the size of her waist compared with her hips, according to New Zealand anthropologist Barnaby Dixson. He has discovered that a waist-to-hip ratio of 0.7 - or a waist measurement exactly 70% of the hip circumference - makes for the perfect figure. Examples include some of the world's most beautiful women. Marilyn Monroe(See Photo), modern-day starlet Jessica Alba and Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio all possess the perfect figure.

>Women better at multitasking

There is an age-old complaint that men are incapable of doing more than one thing at once. Now, psychologists have proven that men really are worse at multitasking than the fairer sex. They found that when women and men work on a number of simple tasks – such as searching for a key or doing easy math problems – at the same time, women significantly outperformed men. Researchers believe the results show that females are better able than men to reflect upon a problem, while continuing to juggle their other commitments.

>Women more likely to donate

Women are more generous than men when it comes to charitable donations, a study suggests. In all income groups, women are more likely to give, and in 4 of 5 groups, they give more than men do – sometimes twice as much, according to the study by the Women's Philanthropy Institute at Indiana University's Center on Philanthropy in the US. "Women have just been socialized as the care-givers in their families to be more empathetic and altruistic," says one of the researchers. "I think this is being manifested in giving to charity."
