[1958，军事学院官兵受阅]
The most spectacular figures were students from military academies and various military schools established by the PLA after the founding of the PRC. These schools represented different military areas, including infantry, artillery, armored force, engineers, air force and navy.
此次阅兵，军事学院和步兵、炮兵、坦克兵、工程兵、空军、海军等军事学校方阵最引人注目。这些军事学院都是中华人民共和国成立后创建的。

[1959，国产武器倍增]
The number of people attending the ceremony was as high as 700,000. All the cutting-edge equipment, including automatic rifles, cannons, tanks and high-speed jet fighters, were Chinese-made.
参加典礼的各界群众数量高达70万人。装备中最新式的自动步枪、大炮、坦克和高速喷气歼击机，都是我国自行制造的。
